Nah that'll buff right out
6 souls and no injuries. Good landing.
Nice.
I bet that was scary though.

A good landing is one where everyone walks away...a great landing means the aircraft is reusable...

That sucks. Glad the crew is OK.
I don't see anything wrong? Right on centerline, might take a little extra power to taxi, but other than that, looks good!
All six crew members are ok. Shaken, but solid.
6 souls and no injuries. Good landing.
I wish everyone felt that way

Glad they are all ok.
Speaking of what's considered a good landing...
I was waiting for a flight from Seattle back to Denver once that was delayed because the plane we were due to get on was stuck on the runway with front gear that were stuck pointing straight ahead. Obviously the plane couldn't taxi so the passengers on that plane had to wait to get towed to the gate to get off.
While we were waiting for a new plane a conversation between me and the pilot or 1st officer (I don't know which) started. I told him "the plane seemed fine to me. It only needed to go straight to takeoff and land so the front gear wasn't a major issue. We could board, get towed out, lined up straight on the runway and get that beast in the air. Then we could get towed back to the gate from the end of the runway at DIA." He laughed a little but I don't think he thought it was funny.
Oh yeah, most pilots I know love when random passengers make suggestions on compromising safety. Maybe he didn't see the alert smilie over your head while you were talking? [Sarcasm2]
MAFFS 3 was already in a hanger last night. It is good luck that Hill AFB is a major maint base for hurks.
Now to get a trailer there to get the system offloaded so the plane can get repaired soon.

Can you imagine the scraping noise that would make?

Nah, wouldnt hear it over the engine noise!
Run on landings in a Huey...at night. Like two big grinding sparklers with an abrupt stop at the end of the runway. Who said aircraft needs wheels?
It was only fun for the first few seconds.
Glad to hear no one was hurt.
You airplane guys stay safe.

I was on a C-130 that lost hydraulics, and we had to hand crank down the landing gear.
