List of places to do Private Party FFL transfers?

I am looking for a reasonably priced place to do a transfer in the Springs, east side if possible.

Stop drop and shop on academy just south of Austin bluffs is good people. Going there today to do a transfer.

I believe Ark Tactical in Lakewood gets $10 for the transfer plus $10 for the background check.

Last time I checked, Rapid Fire Bunker in Littleton gets $25 for the transfer plus $10 for the background check.

That is their fee for regular transfers (from an online dealer, etc).

And for the 2 guns I purchased thru them, it was the $15 FFL transfer fee plus $10 cbi, so I'm betting the private party is $25 + $10.
