Not really looking to do this myself but I have about a 400sq ft living/dining room I need to lay floor on. I'll pull the carpet, baseboards nd remove furniture (I'll need a second guy to move to sofa but otherwise empty.
Anyone do this kind of work or recommend someone who isn't going to try and rip my head off.
