Been the most tolerable summer the 10 years I have lived here to be honest.

Not sure if I used the AC for more the 5 days this summer.

I was on Jones Pass yesterday and I got snowed on, it has been a cool and wet summer.

Agreed. Averaged probably 10 degrees cooler than last year. Had a few days above 100 last summer, only got into the low 90s just the past few weeks, it seems.

Yup best summer from a weather perspective in a looong time. Unfortunately I'll be laboring on Labor Day.

I'm just glad the whole damn state didn't catch on fire again. And the rain makes things nice and green.

Growing more fuel for another day. [panic]

If things go the way I think they're headed, people will be praying for "Global warming".

I came from the East coast and raised in TX...So this summer has been fantastic...course all of them are compared to the humid hell holes I was in before....and of course I am also laboring on Labor day!

Quit your damned whining people. You're flat wrong about how mild this summer has been.

We're in the middle of a major life-ending global warming/climate change thing-of-a-muh-jig. If you're not smart enough to realize this then you must all be right-winger anti-progressives.

Now that I got that out of my system, the temps have been awesome this summer haven't they?! Love it!

Having the windows open more than the air on, was a bonus. Dealing with the cool & damp conditions in the morning, was something else.

And my kids got out of school early last week and all of this week as a "heat schedule" because of the problems they had last year.

I'm loving this cooler weather. Mornings and nights have that nip in the air.

Totally off topic and unrelated:
Whistler, looking at your location, is your dentist Dr. Foster?

Now back to the weather discussion...

No but funny you mention it, I need to look for a dentist. Is that a recommendation?

I loved this summer. Cheating on cooling, cheaper on watering, no people freaking about about draining reservoirs and drought conditions. No major fires. I think this winter might be quite chilly though....

They're a good family. Don't know about any of the other dentists in that area, but I'd go to them if I was in the area.
