So I've been working on redoing out powder room. Today I replaced two outlets, two light switches, and installed a new light fixture.

Now I'm getting flickering lights in the main level of the house and it seems to happen when the central air is running. Not consistent but enough it bugs the crap out of me.

Bad ground? Bad outlet or switch? Light fixture?

Any ideas or should I just remove one at a time and see which stops the problem?

too much load on that circuit.

What's odd is I just replaced old yellowed outlets and switches. The light fixture was replaced from one of those 6 bulb bars to something more modern with 3. Could it be those stupid CFL bulbs in new fixture?

Those outlets would have been on a GFCI circuit. You sure you hooked it all up right?

I'm not an electrician, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn once, and I can usually get a three way switch to work.

I had a non-cfl bulb flicker for a few weeks after doing some completely unrelated electrical work. It just kind of went away on its own.

I had a 3 way switch at a holiday inn, too!

It could be many things. Loose connection, unbalanced neutral load, etc. I would start with making sure your wire nut and device connections are tight and you made stuff up properly.

haha, I had a 3-way switch at a German Gasthaus once or twice in the 80's.
