Moral of the story, don't pretend to be someone you're not. It's happening way too much among current day "instructors." Lie about or embellish your history in order to profit and you will get burned. It's only a matter of time. I don't care how personable or friendly you are, if you're a lying POS then you will get caught.

To give everyone the abridged version. I dont know about Army training, but he either was kicked out before boot camp during processing or right after boot camp before mos training. Either way he claimed to be "in the sandbox" says he was a grunt (11b). he is a lying pos. he was neither.

What he meant to say was he played in a sandbox when he was a toddler and he lived in Apartment 11B once upon a time ...

Not just stolen valor but a deserter? Fabulous ...

and truly Stolen Valor. alot of these morons wear unauthorized decorations but dont receive compensation.

He used he supposed service to build a training business, thereby receiving compensation for his acts of Stolen Valor. That is supposed to be prosecutable. At least the way I understand it. (which could be wrong)

If a court determines that he profited monetarily by his false claims of service then he can be prosecuted under the Stolen Valor Act.

That sucks he lied, seen some reviews he's done. Should have never mentions any military experience and he wouldn't look like such a jackass.

Completely agree, to be honest I never looked into his profile, had no idea if he served or not. I watched and enjoyed his videos, he didn't need to be an operator to gain a subscription from me, now he's lost a viewer.

I always found it interesting how people like this think that they can get away with lying about their background. Especially when they are leveraging their false history for financial gain. In this digital age of information your experience history and claims of fame can be validated or picked apart fairly easily. I guess that the concept of honesty and integrity are lost to some people.

Guys like this used to make me mad, but now I just feel sad for them. I can usually tell within a few minutes of talking to the guy or gal if they are telling the truth and being sincere about their history. I meet more bullshitters than real vets most of the time. The real vets don't openly want to talk about it, and the bullshitters just can't stop talking trying to convince you they are so bad ass.
