Wife has been hounding me for months about new counter tops. I'm fine with getting then done, but not to keen on the whole shopping process. Went to granite depot this afternoon and that was a horrible experience. That place and it's people have a very creepy vibe about it. Anybody have any suggestions where to go or suggest who to use ? Referrals are always nice for these type of projects.

I can answer most questions here in thread and can provide in depth info by PM. Our showroom is about 5 blocks from Granite Depot showroom.

The last house we built, we went to Arizona Tile. They bent over backwards to find the exact cut/loaf we wanted. They shipped a loaf in from CA at no extra charge. YMMV

Buffalobo,
I will pm details when I get back to the house. Left my notes there. Wife has a granite pattern/color she prefers and I can't remember the name.

If you're still looking for granite I'd head to Jason St. north of Mississippi St. in Denver. I had good luck getting competitive pricing there because of all the competition there is on one street. Good luck!

Can you cut a profile on site? I figure you cant, but I thought I would ask. Our house came with granite. Unfortunately they messed up. they layed out the design wrong and now there is about 2 inches of countertop that should be against the wall, that isnt. If I had a miracle router, I could cut the profile here.
Sorry HBAR, just saw this post.

Depends on location and circumstance. PM me a pic and we can check it out.
