Count yourself lucky. This was posted from my kindle while not wearing glasses. Surprised it's legible. I watched it start then decided my eyelids needed to be inspected. By the time my eyelid inspection passed it was at full eclispe. All you would have seen was black with a faint glow.

technically, there was no LIGHT side of the moon.. it was all dark side (relatively) [Coffee]
