As winter approaches, I'd like to have my furnace and my rental's checked before it starts getting used regularly. Any recommendations?

I do them for the Denver metro area and brycom does them for noco.

This is probably a good time to let everyone know that I will be dedicating 100% of my time to my business Valley Heating, Air and Refrigeration.

Its been a long 3 years of side jobs, crazy schedules, and missed dinners with my family, but I'm finally going to be on my own.

If anyone needs any work from Layfayette and North up to WY border, let me know. I work on Furnaces, A/C units, humidifiers, boilers, swamp coolers, air handlers, commercial refrigeration, and commercial HVAC.

Insurance is no problem. As soon as I started doing more side jobs I thought it wise to get insured about 3 years ago.
