I did a search for Ultramax and didn't see much info. Does anyone use the Ultramax reloaded ammo? Looking at their 223 ammo, brass so it could be reloaded again. Any comments? Thanks, Mark

their 55gr FMJ worked in my ar's. picked the 200rd? bulk packs up from Dicks 2 yrs ago when it was buy one get 1 for 1/2 off or some wierd promo coupon deal.

I had bought about 1000 rounds of 9mm a couple of years ago.
Performance was poor and inconsistent.
Some brass ejection was barely clearing the gun and others were being flung 10 feet.
This happened in several firearms including carbines.

It got relegated to training ammo to just punch paper at close range.

Was it worth it?
At the time it was probably a better choice to buy once fired brass, cast bullets and make my own.
With the price of ammo now...... it is waaaay cheap training ammo.

Thanks for the replies guys, sounds like it may be OK. It is the cheapest I can see for reloadable brass. Wolf is cheaper but has mixed reviews and isn't readily reloadable. Thanks again, Mark
