Site Downtime

Has there been more frequent site downtime lately? Maybe I'm just noticing it more, but it seems like we've had a few small outages since the long outage a few weeks ago. Am I correct? If so, any idea why? Any admins want to chime in (J)?

FWIW, the tiny amount of downtime this site has is amazing. You guys do a fantastic job!

I think it has something to do with Ebola. Or maybe it's part of some ISIS/ISIL attack from the Texas border somewhere.

We had a little one today that I had to manually correct. Not sure why yet but I will investigate

The one almost 2 weeks ago was something fairly small, but I was at Oktoberfest in Munich without internet or cell service when it went down. When I got internet a day later I noticed and fixed it from Italy.

Is there an issue with the new Tapatalk update? I am unable to access the site through Tapatalk now. The wheel just spins and spins.

I like the app but sometimes it is a pain in the ass using it for CO-AR15. Usually an issue with tapatalk itself.

The underlying issue is that the database server keeps running away with all of the system resources. It looks like we might have some crazy active bots that I need to deny access at the server level. Finding them among the regular traffic can be tricky, especially since they connect at random intervals.
