Who were the recall people for Fields? Maybe can help the new guy?

I wasn't able to attend the recall meeting at the doubletree to know who's who. I was pm'ing with a member on here about a "bombshell", basically that she isn't eligible since she doesn't live in the district per our Constitution and that it was public record. She is using her parent's house or something to skirt the rules like a typical D. Supposedly it was a well known fact and the SoS did nothing, which seems odd since he's a R. I sent a message to the new guy, Mike Donald, challenging her to see if it helps him.

I've tried searching public records but can't find much, only an address that shows up in 80013 which isn't district 42.

If it is found to be true, maybe we can get vocal about it to help get rid of her.

ETA: Just found out that all it requires is 2 "witnesses" to testify that she spends at least one night a month in that house. Sounds like a law that needs to be changed if we get control back. It's probably the same as Morse "Living" in a hotel in that district.

It's in the first post, I showed the cards. Basically the residency requirement laws are about as lax as the new voter registration laws.

Too much of that voter base here in Aurora is the larger problem.

Doesn't hurt to call her out and tell her constituents that she is a carpet bagger and why should they vote for someone to represent them if she has no ties to them. May not hurt the hardcore base, but could make a difference with some on the fence.

Not sure if this is enough to hang a recall on, but it could be used to turn up the heat on her campaign.

Consider sending the info to websites and reporters who might cover it, for instance Colorado peak politics, John Caldera, etc.

Since I got my ballot today, my thought is it's too late. I've reached out to Independence Institute for if nothing else to verify the law and maybe they can bring to light what a cheat it is like the new voting law he went down to expose during the recall election. I found her supposed address, has her name and a Booker Marshall on it, but I can't find the original. I might go down to the Assessor's office to find the actual documents.

I found some site about 411vote that her opponent filled out but she was listed as "didn't respond". One of his answers was along the lines of "besides meeting the minimum requirement to be a rep for the district".

But as noted, she's the messiah to those in her district who love being victims.
