Friend of mine is separating from his wife for a short while. He works mostly in Denver area, doing wholesale sales supplying convenient stores, mom & pop stores, etc. He's living out of his van right now, looking for a spare bedroom somewhere to stay during this separation.
He's in his 60's. Nice guy. He's open to the Denver area or the Springs area (currently in the Springs).
