I have been shooting .223 BVAC rounds for over a year now... This weekend, I went shooting and found out that I got a bad batch. 1 out of a dozen or so rounds resulted in.....

I tried them on uppers w/ M4 ramp and w/o. Both yielded same issue. Is it bad size/trim die on the 're-manufacturing' process?

Ordered 2000 9mm and 2000 40SW from BVAC for a class (only needed 1000 of each, but wanted more). Heard back from them and sent in a copy of my DL, IIRC. Lead time said 8 weeks, my class was 10 weeks away, its all good. About 3 weeks later I get a call about placing my order. Takes a few days due to travel to get a hold of them. The order isn't in the system yet, don't really know the reason. I tell them about the class and the time restriction, they send out the ammo in a two days. Luckily the issue was caught, and they stepped up and more than solved the issue. I'd rather deal with a company I know will respond and makes it right.
Shot about 1700 rounds this last weekend, over three days, of a mix of the 9mm out of Sigs and the 40SW out of a STI 2011. No ammo issues. The STI mags got dirty and it started to not want to go into battery, but I don't attribute that to the ammo. Ran well until the mags got dusty.
