is there any kind of shot, or slug that i shouldnt shoot through it?

Shoot anything you like in up to a 3" shell (no 3 1/2" Magnum loads).

Steel shot, buckshot, slug...all are good.

It won't stabilize a sabot (no rifling in the barrel) so that would be a waste of money but other than that you are go.
