"Dr. Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist not involved in the autopsy, told the newspaper that the finding “supports the fact that this guy is reaching for the gun, if he has gunpowder particulate material in the wound.” Melinek also told the newspaper that the autopsy did not support witness accounts that the fatal shot, later, was fired while Brown was running away from the officer or had his hands up.

The color of a person's skin does not determine whether they have integrity. People define who they are by what they say and do.

"But more than a half-dozen unnamed black witnesses have provided testimony to a St. Louis County grand jury that largely supports Wilson’s account of events of Aug. 9, according to several people familiar with the investigation who spoke with The Washington Post."

I am predicting it now - a "no bill" from the Grand Jury is going to cause L.A. style riots in that small town, and possibility the surrounding areas too. It's going to happen and there is little to nothing that can be done to prevent it at this point.
...and the rioters will claim that the Medical Examiner skewed the results of the autopsy, and they'll scream "injustice" as they loot shit that doesn't belong to them from it's rightful owners. Oh yeah...Ebola is "the Man's" disease, too, designed to keep the poor folk down...blahblahblah...I'm SO over this horseshit. Can the EOTWAWKI be accelerated? I'd ideally like to see it before next Tuesday...

I bet that dumb drunk Dem with the CCW feels pretty stupid after reading this.... Actually, never mind, she probably already knew that.
The family's attorney, Benjamin Crump, has already gone on the record that they will not believe any evidence that shows that Michael Brown was not wrongfully murdered by Officer Wilson. I sort of expect that from the family. The problem is that too many people made their minds up about what happened that afternoon within hours of hearing the story for the first time.
Be skeptical, weigh the available evidence, have informed opinions. Sad that these steps are so difficult for so many in our society.
It would be providential if the GJ findings were issued during a blizzard.

I generally stay off these threads Chuck as we all know where they lead, but as usual with your comments that was very well put. It seems that "Thug" is the new N-bomb.

No one riots in the cold.

Vikings did, but the people of Ferguson are non-Nordic [Coffee]

Typical (D), never let the facts get in your way.

What about "The Great Pumpkin Riot" in NH last week? I'm still trying to figure that one out.
It going to get ugly, shouldn't happen, but it will.

The result of advances in modern sanitation, what do you do if there aren't any outhouses to tip over?
College kids in Keene, NH went wilding. Sort of like any time, any where, any one, wins a major sporting competition.
If you didn't build that, you have a right to tear it up, burn it, and be a general a**hole. Insurance will cover it, and the insurer of last resort is the American taxpayer [shithitsfan]

They clearly needed more ninja gear and snipers [Sniper] Let us not forget about the original pointless rioters. The University of Colorado. Can you even imagine what would happen if those kids weren't prodominatly Anglo and were flipping over cop cars ( Made Time Magazine )? There's a big difference between rioting and protesting and unfortunately one group seem to always infiltrate the other....just like on 2A issues. One is a protected right and the other is not....just like owning firearms. When armed Bundy ranch supporters confronted the government....there was far less outrage and shock that .gov would use such heavy handed tactics. Can you imagine the outcome if people were told to keep moving there? There seems to be huge memory lapses on this forum. I am just an observer. Never been to Ferguson or want to go. Subtle nuances are beyond me. "Thug", "Those people". We want everyone on our side so we don't continue to loose more inherit freedoms.
