I was sort of surprised the "yes" responses were only in the 60% range until I remembered that- as an MSNBC poll- the majority of viewers are probably left-leaning. So maybe 60% is more positive than I first thought...

I like the whining in the comments on those polls but still can't believe I'm hitting MSNBC for any reason at all. I feel like dumping my computer in a vat of sanitizer now.

Yes, yes it does. I voted in every poll linked through this thread.

I'll go out on a limb and say that I don't think MSNBC cares about your vote unless it goes in their favor and they can use it to justify their anti-gun position If that occurs, they'll runs stories about how American want more gun control until it's played out.
