Seeing how the .gov was paying $600-1200 for toilet seats, why not. IMO had they billed @ legit mfg prices, doubt anyone would have been the wiser. The Government doesn't like it when you charge them more than they take from you.

The more incriminating fact is that had they kept it at about $1,500 per can they likely would have never been caught and would have cleaned up a pretty healthy profit still.

They wern't being paid to make the suppressors....they were being paid to keep quiet about them and provide untraceable suppressors.

We would have never known about this if they had just gone to the trouble of hiring a lobbyist and/or allied themselves with a well-known company.
