I've ordered a few times from Primary Arms and always had good experiences. Just yesterday, I received an order from them. The item I ordered was the wrong color. I sent them an email notifying them of the problem last night. This morning, I got an email informing me that they were sending the replacement part today, before I even shipped the incorrect one back. Pretty amazing. I just got shipping notification that the new part is on it's way.
Customer service like this will keep me going back to them.

Definitely a great product for the price. I have and older one that I have beat to hell. And it still runs solid. My only gripe is since it is the older gen, it doesn't take AA batteries.

+1 from me on ALG as well. Basically a Geiselle light for less money, since they are engineered by the same people.

the owner of Primary Arms was in a training class I was in. I will buy from them again, and again, and again...
He's a good guy and knows how to take care of screw ups, it was just as good when he was running it alone out of his garage.
I've had nothing but positive experience with them as well.
I've actually been looking to buy one of the AAA red dots from them, but need it quickly after I purchase... How are their shipping times from order to door?
About three to four days for me. Usually I'll order on the weekend, it will ship Monday, and I'll have it by Thursday. Sometimes Wednesday.
PA Arms is good people. I have a few of their items sitting on my rifles.
Their 1-6x is one of my favorite optics at any price.
It just gets better. They overnighted my replacement. It showed up today. I'm a customer for life.

Good CS is rare these days. Wish Remington's CS was this good, Well off to BP Tactical for Bert's famous fluff and buff.

Been working with them since 2008 and I will continue to give them my hard earned money. They have always fixed any mistakes quickly, price guaranteed things, and been very helpful. I will say they are my favorite online retailer.

I have one of their 1-4x optics. It's the one that I hand out for folks to borrow; easily 15 times. It still works just fine, clear as day, and it wasn't expensive.
What's not to love?
