....as I seem to have lost a holster somewhere in my house!!! I have a very nice custom holster for my 1911. Well for the past few months I've carrying/training with my M&P. Tonight I went to my "gear locker" to pull out the holster and mag pouches as I'll be using the 1911 in a class this weekend and I'll be damned-can't find it anywhere.

My dog is looking at me like I'm nuts as I'm searching everywhere with my flashlight. I've checked the safe, ammo lockup, in closests, under beds, the couch, my truck, everywhere!!!! I'm going nuts looking for it!!! I have my old High Noon Topless to use but this is crazy!

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the suggestions, especially the obvious ones as those would normally pan out. So here it is 3 hours after I first posted, another thorough search-all the obvious plus those not so suggested here and I still can't find it. This is really pissing me off. Number one it's an expensive holster but more importantly it's a great holster for both range and concealment and is in excellent condition. I'm giving up tonight, will try again in the morning. Sigh.

I have a box of/ for holsters. If I am not using a holster, it goes in the box. I too lost a holster once, found it again in the truck, hence the box.

Haha found it!! I had put my bag of gun cleaning stuff on top of the safe, on one more search just a bit ago I lifted up the bag and there was the holster, oh happy day!
