As it should be. Somebody needs to be held responsible for these people. The unfortunate part is that it ends up being the tax payers that cover the expenses. It should be the elected representatives that voted for the measure than are held responsible for the bill.

Sometimes? All politicians (most especially the libs) need to be limited to 2 terms: 1 in office, 1 in jail/prison.

I like it. If they think the legislation is necessary & important enough to propose, sponsor, or vote for then they need to have a dog in the fight and something invested that they risk losing if their legislation turns out to be sh!t. Make them put their money and their freedom where their mouth is. I suspect you'd see a hell of a lot less of these trash laws that legislators at ALL levels are pushing onto us.

While I agree that it's unfortunate, we pay for tons of bureaucratic bull shit just so they can live the good life. Since I don't see us having to pay changing any time soon, I'll gladly foot the bill for something like this.

Hahaha! "Wait! You can't make laws that get us in trouble for breaking laws!"It's a great feeling to see we the people saying [fyou]

Good! These laws should be expanded to cover the entire constitution so you can go after all illegal laws.

Ought to be a law that any politician that proposes, or votes for an unconstitutional law will be put in prison for a minimum 5 years. This would make them study up on the bill of rights.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. The jackasses should foot the bill if they voted for the stupid laws.
