There is (used to be?) a gun store, I am not sure where exactly. I think it was somewhere around Broadway between 8th + Colfax? Not the old Gart Brothers, this store was on the other side of Broadway. It had firearms all over the place, and racks and racks of rifles running down the middle of the store. Anyone know the name of this store, or where it is at? Or has it gone the way of Ward's on Federal and Dave's guns on Parker rd, as well as many others I could name. Thanks
The gun room? Used to be near Jonas furs. If that's the one they moved onto Carr just north of Colfax years ago. Still on Carr as of last year anyways.
Dave's? Wasn't that on broadway somewhere?

Parker Road & Dayton, roughly. Miss that shop.

There are at least three close to there. The "The Gun Room" is (as stated) up Carr like three buildings on the left, there is another real small one on the same Colfax corner in that mini strip mall next to the bike shops and a few miles down Colfax on the left is "Machine Gun Tours".
G&G is on Colfax by the bike shop(s). I thought supertune closed, maybe someone else moved in?
Back to Broadway, there used to be French's guns just south of 4th ave too. If you opened a gun store on Broadway these days the locals there would probably tar and feather you.

That was the Gun Room owned by Bill Molinar and his wife IIRC.
The Gun Room is now a block north of Colfax on Carr, the new owner is George.
The only one on Broadway that took a shit was High Plains Arms, which does NOT surprise me in the least. What surprises me is how they stayed in business as long as they did.

There are more guns in that area now than when the stores were operating. The guns now are illegally possessed and used for "Denver Sports" such as robbery and murder, but no one seems to care about this. The only time Denver people worry about guns is when they are being sold in compliance with the laws.

I don't. Bunch of dicks there.
