They need to tell them to pound sand and hold a sale on standard capacity mags in honor of the bullshit.

Smells like Bloomberg has a hand in this.

Walmart should have to reorganize as a B-corp if the board wants to make decisions like that.

Who cares. Do any of you actually buy firearms from Walmart anyways?

Yeah who cares if the largest retailer in the world stops selling firearms, it doesn't speak loudly of the progress of the left or anything....

Walmart prices are great for keeping local stores competitive. I did buy a gun from Walmart once.

Same here, bought a 6920 a couple years ago, and they had the best price.

“We believe that on critical issues such as the sale of products that may threaten the safety or well-being of communities, corporate boards must exercise their oversight role to assure balance among customer, shareholder, and societal interests,”

Should this be applied to high capacity sugary drinks and snacks and tobacco products? Obesity and related diseases kill more people everyday than guns kill in a year.

Just going to WalMart and looking at those that shop there is hazardous to my sight.

I picked up a 700BDL 3006 for my son on Black Friday for $477...$511 out the door with BGC. A guy next to me picked up a Savage 10 TR 24" in 308 for $400 while another guy got the Sig AR for $797. Sometimes it pays to look.

I'd like them to apply this sense of corporate responsibility to so many of the products out of Hollywood, "music", and the mass media that encourage nihilism, racism, stupidism, etc. I view the sale of Michael Moore movies on DVD or Blu-ray threatens the safety and well-being of communities around the country. The sale of anything benefiting Al Sharpton threatens the national community ... where will it stop?
