Xbox 360 repair

Anyone good at repairing these. The one my son has the tray doesn't open much. It's like something is not letting it open. Also it is making a circle scratch all around the disk ruining them. He is getting a couple games sent to him for Christmas so it is important I try fix it. If anyone can do this I would be forever grateful.

A couple guys at work used this guy, they claim he is GTG. I have not been there however. I fixed my own(different problem).

Good to know; I have an old 360 Elite that has the red ring issue.
