Any local shops have Rainier Arms lowers?

Looking for a Rainier Arms lower and would like to pick up locally if anyone has seen one for sale anywhere. I haven't seen a local shop that stocks these but I don't get to many shops.

Machine Gun Tours has a pretty wide variety of lowers in stock, not sure if they have rainier though..
