Buffer Tube and stock ??

A while ago, Skully had some spikes Tubes with position markings on them for sale.
I'm trying to find a tube like that and also what stocks fit on them. Also is it possible to modify other stocks so that the markings will be seen.

LaRue tubes have position indicators on them.

im cheap, so I use a metallic sharpie on my tubes.

The SPIKEs tactical enhanced Buffer tubes are still around go for $38-$40 new. VLTOR makes ones as well. These only work on Stocks that have the hole/opening on top above the pin that holds the stock in place for position placement. You could technically take any stock and drill a hole above the pin.

ALG defense has a mil spec buffer tube with markings that will work on any stock, doesn't need you to have the hole on top. They are $38 stand alone and with the position markings as added as an option another $10, so $48 total. (Pricey)
