.30 carbine case head Separation

Okay, Thanks guys for you help on my PPU brass issues. Now I wanted to see if we have any .30 carbine guys? Do I need to worry about case rupture/case head separation? I know the .30 carbine is treated like a pistol round except that it has to be trimmed. Because while trimming the ring like in rifle case's, and I stuck a paper clip down their and am still not 100%. I never worry on my 9mm or .38 spl because the case splits before anything happens.
