So I have a 2003 Ford Excursion that kind of wanders around the road so I am constantly adjusting the steering wheel just slightly. Already tightened up the steering box a little and it helped quite a bit. Replaced sway bar bushings, etc. Still have a popping noise in the front when I hit a bump. Really haven't had time to check the ball joints, but I suspect them being bad. Thinking of taking it to Bear Alignment here in Loveland. Any other recommendations? I have no experience with Bear, but I drive by there on my way to work and reviews seem pretty good. TIA.

Too bad you not closer to me. I can take a look at it.
I dont know off hand who's good up there but I would have them check your front axle u joints.
It's common for them to bind up and cause a wandering issue.

My plan is for them to go thru the whole front end. Thanks for the heads up about the u-joints. Didn't think of those.

I take my truck to Lakewood alignment. Yes I drive 60 miles because they know their shit.
Bear Alignement in Loveland. I used them when I lived in Colorado. Always did a good job.

The Wrench in Greeley has an alignment guy that is very well known. He has customers using him for alignments for 10+ years. PM me if you want more info.
