E-File system offline on Wendsdays?

Figured I would finally submit my form 1 for SBR today. Got all my stuff ready to go, went to sign in and the system says unavailable for use 6am - 6pm each Wendsday.

Has this always been the case?

I file any time after 10pm , or before sunrise. After 9 Friday evening till 11 Sunday night is also good.

Got it done today. That was way to easy I don't know why I waited so long.

Quick question, fellas. First time doing this so hoping for some guidance. Trust is all done, have e copy ready to attach to the form 1. But what order do I do things for the stamp, form 1, etc? Does the e-form have a spot for me to pay for the stamp as part of the e-filing? Or do I have to do that somewhere else and attach proof to the form 1? I have my build specs and all that ready just don't want to mess something simple up at this point.

Yes they have a place for you to enter your credit card number to pay for it during the submittle process online. There will also be a place to attach/upload your PDF trust as well.

One other common mistake made. On the Applicant page make sure you put the name of the trust under "Licensee/Permitee name", not your name.

That's very promising! Thanks for the offer of help. I tried getting it submitted but work got busy and it timed out. :( I'll try again this afternoon if things quiet down.

Make sure your Trust is 3mg's or smaller. When you pay it might take a few minutes. Same for submitting once payment is approved. Be patient and do not try clicking again.

Isnt that the truth. The system sat there spinning and processing forever. Just as I was tempted to try again the email hit from ATF saying thank you for your submission.....

i did find it works better using Chrome vs Internet explorer, but then again what doesn't.

Yeah, Ive been trying all afternoon and its not working now. I click the form 1 option and it never loads the form for me to fill out. Ive tried Firefox and IE. Both do the same thing. :( I'll try it again at home.

Kwando told me about the file size so I re-sized it down to 528kb.
