Then you should hire a liquor license consultant they are cheaper than attorneys. Even with an attorney you will need one. There is a guy Max Scott, Oedipus, Inc., who is very good.

Nothing in writing til there is something in writing.

Never heard of a consultant. I'll keep that in mind. I already have a lawyer lined up (as usual).
