Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I can't seen to get through the process, I've tried in Firefox and Chrome with the exact same results.

Everything goes fine until the screen where I upload my trust. I upload the .pdf scan of the trust (~400K), it show the form is attached and all of the correct info on the right. I then click the 'Finish' button and I'm taken back to the main screen (where you select which type of form you wish to submit and there are no saved forms showing on the left.

What am I missing?

Never mind, switched to FF on a different PC and it went fine, not sure what the issue on the first is.

The screen pops up 2x Once in a smaller one. Then you redo in the large / original one. I had issues with it last night. Without logging in, IIRC there's a small box that needs to be clicked / OK before moving to the next part.

I've done them all with chrome.

You sure you hit the Add button or whatever it needs before doing next?

FWIW, Chrome won't allow CC payment submission on 99% of the sites I've tried to checkout from in the last few weeks.

Interesting, I definitely had the form uploaded, the 'Finish' button isn't available until the form is showing as successful. After hitting finish it took about 30 seconds before going back to the first screen. After going through it on the other computer it now shows submitted. ;-) That was so much fun I think I'm going to do it again as soon as I get home from Costco. :)

You want fun? Try to edit a form after submission.

You will get the dreaded draft.

Biggest PIA for me as well. Only Chrome worked and it only sorta worked.

Have no issue with FF, providing you apply after 8-10pm.

I submitted one on 2/1. Started it in Firefox, got to the trust upload and could only upload one of two documents. Switched to Chrome, got the second document uploaded but couldn't submit the application. Switch to IE and was able to submit.

Playing musical browsers is fun.

LOL, at least my experience wasn't as bad as yours.

That's paper file, not efile correct? Since F4's have been down for some time.
