Hey everyone, I recently submitted my 1st Form 4 through Silencershop. I used Silencershop Direct as well as used their trust document generator for $130. I completed the trust document but I forgot to fill in the creation date at the beginning of the trust, everything else was filled in and was signed in front of a notary. Everything was submitted to Silencershop on Feb 19. I received an email from Silencershop that my Form 4/ documentation has been queued for submission to the ATF. I am planning on contacting Silencershop tomorrow morning as soon as they open. How bad have I messed things up for myself?

Not bad at all. Simple explanation to ATF via their ph line and you should be GTG. That's If SS doesn't handle it for you.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, I was freaking out. I guess I got too excited when I was filling out the trust document and rushed it a bit.

Yeah I've messed up on quite a few.. they'll send you a nice letter stating what you've done wrong. Give you 30 days.. Of course the one I just got was sent on 2/9.. and it didn't hit my mailbox till 2/19.. you have 30 days for corrections.

Are the $70-130 trust-document template/generators a good deal? (I've already spoken with NFATrustGuy, but I'm out of state)

The lawyers near me basically want $400 and I still have to wad through all of the documents myself to find signatures and what not (arsenalattorneys.com), or pay here & there for additional features ($60 for them to put little flags where I need to sign and date, for example).

I used Rodney but if he's not an option check out silencerco's offer. They have a good reputation and might be the way to go for you.

I'll let you know how my $130 trust document generator works once the BATFE lets me know.
