Anybody ever run a 158 grain LSWC over 3 gr of Titegroup in 38 special for a powderpuff load? I've tested 3.5 gr of Titegroup and they were pretty soft shooting to me but then again, I like the recoil of the 500 S&W. Looking for something really soft for my kids using Titegroup.
TG is a bit hot to run under lead. You will most likely have some leading issues after a steady diet of it.
I like TG and 231 in 38 Special, but I mainly use jacketed. For lead, 3.2 of 231 is an accurate load. Pretty much an old standby PPC load. If your revo wont shoot that, get a new barrel.

For bunny fart loads I go to a lighter bullet, 148 DEWC or 125 using Bullseye or W231. Lighter bullet =less felt recoil.

Hoser, these will be for my girls with the pink powder coated bullets I made for them so, hopefully leading won't be an issue.

I like the xtreme 158 plated using same 3.5 of TG, when not using LSWC. The 3gr might have an issue out of anything longer then a 2.5" bbl.

I'll second the trail boss for mousefart loads. I'll also second that TG and lead don't play well together (never tried powder coating, so all bets are off there). I shoot a lot of Unique, but it's not ideal for underpowered loads. It, like any medium slow burner, will be really dirty at reduced velocities. 231 would seem to be a good choice... I also knew an old mountain man that liked Clays...

2.7 grains of bullseye over a 148 dewc. This is the standard load for bullseye shooters and slow enough to be a mouse fart load with great accuracy out of all my revolvers. It will even cycle my S&W model 52's.
