Liam Neeson is in yet another movie featuring firearms. Once upon a time, I would've put it on the list to watch, now it's on the list to avoid.
Kinda like the commie Sean Penn in the gunman. So there's two.
I was just talking to the wife saying the same thing. Back in the day I used to enjoy Liam Neeson shoot-em-up movies, don't have any interest giving him my money anymore. Never ever considered Sean Penn's movies.
I still wonder if Liam has ever had a chance to see the movie Schindler's List yet. I keep thinking he could learn something watching a true story about what happens when only the police and military have guns.
I hope it get pirated by the tens of millions!
Saw the commercial. That jackass is...

I feel the same way, and it doesn't help that he makes the same movie over and over either.

I've said this before, but I don't much care what a person who performs make-believe while reading lines others wrote for them has to say about social issues, or pretty much anything else. I care a lot when said make-believer sucks in a movie I paid $8 to see.
Also, Liam Neeson's agent must have the easiest pitch job in the world: "You'll love it, Liam. It's just like Taken, but on a plane/space station/nunnery/etc..."

I've realized that he's in a lot of movies that I enjoy. Just watched Batman Begins last night and realized that he is in it. :(
Last week I was discussing Schindler's List with some friends and I realized that he is Oskar Schindler.
Well, since I already own those movies, I'm not going to refrain from ever watching them again - it's not like he gets royalties every time I put the disk in.
I certainly won't be seeing any movies that he is in that I haven't already paid for.

I generally have the same stance, and I used to argue with my dad about this exact thing when he would rip on Sean whats-his-face. However, his comments have pissed me off and I find that I can't enjoy the movie because all I think about is what he said. Also, I thought the one on the plane was stupid.

I think it is different when someone is in a movie, and when they star in a movie.
I find myself torn by this issue more and more recently. I really liked Dumb and Dumber, and wanted to see the new one, but Jim Carey kind of pisses me off also.
I'm just finding that there is so much good media to view, that I don't have to go out of my way to see every new thing that comes out.

A vote with a dollar(or lack thereof) is a well placed vote.
Too bad too, I liked him in Taken and such...
Oh well, may a bag of ebolaidsherpes infested hookworms swim up his peehole.

I enjoy movies, tv shows music for what they are vs the politics of said people involved. Was at a U2 concert @ Mile High way back when 85 - 88ish. Great seats. Bono is catching some air when he goes in to this Apartheid shit and The U.S policy of supporting SA at the time. Being the mild mannered person i am [Coffee] I yell out SHUT THE FUCK UP AND PLAY SOME MUSIC. UNTIL IRELAND HAS MADE PEACE BETWEEN IT'S RELIGIOUS SECTS. DON'T TELL US HOW TO RUN OUR COUNTRY. The tolerant and diverse became upset. Life and the show went on. rah, rah, rah.
Anyway, who's this Liam the op mentioned, again ?

I saw the commercial and thought "there's ANOTHER Taken coming out? Shit's getting kinda old!"

See a movie in a theater?!?!? Takes a pretty special movie to make me go elsewhere to watch it - when it'll be free to me somewhere soon enough, and I can watch it at home, with surround sound on the hugescreen.
I currently can't remember the last movie I actually went to a theater to see, and I certainly wouldn't theater-see it if it contained an outspoken douchebag.

That's what I was thinking when I saw the trailer... When did he become a one-trick pony?

Probably about the same time he became an anti-gun shill. To be charitable, I want to chalk it all up to the shock of losing his wife. She was a total babe and her death was a bit of a freak accident so that could put any man off-balance.
...

Umm, I hate to break it to you, but he played the role of Oskar Schindler... so he's very well aware of what happens when only the police and military have guns.... assuming he knows it's a true story.
I like to pronounce his name as "Lame".[Beer]

That was a black and white movie... true story... I thought my TV was broken when I watched it the first time..
