Appleseed - Denver donation meet up

This is a meet up to collect donations from those wanting to suppprt BigBears event in March.

Saturday, February 28th

Time 1-3 PM

Location to be determined by the folks who wish to donate. I am flexible on location so as to make it as convenient as possible to donors.

Anyone who cannot make Saturday please PM me for other arrangements.

Noah at Ark Tactical has also put out the welcome mat as location to meet. I am always down with opportunity to visit with Noah and that "other" guy([emoji89])that works there.[emoji106] [emoji41]

I'm on the west side, I can definitely make it over to Noah's Ark. If the weather holds, I could meet up somewhere east of town (I think Gander had been mentioned) but my car is on summer tires, so it doesn't like snow very much and my wife will have the truck all day. I've got some .22 and a little cash to throw in.

Got a note from the guys at Ark Tactical. They will be an official collection site. Folks can drop off Appleseed donations Friday or Saturday all day.

Pillars of the community, no matter what their moms say.

Donors please mark your donation so we can make sure everybody gets thank yous and recognition.

We are more than happy to help in anyway possable. Feel free to drop off your donations anytime from now until Saturday. Our hours are T-F 12pm - 7pm and 10am - 5pm on Saturday. Please make sure to Identify your donations with your Screen Name so they know who it's coming from. Thanks to Buffalobo for allowing us to do a small part in helping out this worthwhile cause!

We projected needing 5000-5500 for this years event. We are just over half way with what is committed/collected.

I think we will make it on ammo from replies in thread, but still going to be short covering expenses.

You guys who posted in other thread about east side meet jump in and give me some ideas on location/time.

Where are you working now? If some of the east side people want to come to Gander around noon on Saturday, Several of us are meeting there for a different reason, but I would be happy to hang around for an hour or so to collect donations, and then meet up with you during the week (I am under the impression you work in the east/southeast part of town). I live near 225 & 6th, and usually make it back home about 4:15-4:30 most days. Not that I don't want to go to Ark, but it isn't the greatest fit for this weekend. If you prefer to discuss details via PM, that's fine.
