Almost two year ago member Robert217 bought something from me. He couldn't take delivery right away but he paid me cash. I've tried contacting him maybe a half dozen times since then with no response.

The phone number I have doesn't work and I haven't gotten a response to the PMs I've sent through the board (although I know he's logged on since I sent the last one).

If anyone has his current contact information please PM me or ask him to get ahold of me through the board.

Actually, I've never heard of the guy. Hopefully he turns up. Keeping this thread at the top will only help.

Are you still paying taxes on the land? Did you ever transfer a title/deed to him for the land?

Sounds like it might still be your land...

No problems from my end, I, on occasion, bring it up too. A good ruuning joke shouldnt be wasted, and it keeps that member ? On our collective minds.

Yeah. The fact that he already paid me in cash makes it confusing rather than angering. I just can't understand why he's not at least giving me a response. It's not like he's on the hook for anything other than taking delivery..
