I just got my low pro gas block from Troy Indus. and it looks like the hole for the gas tube goes all the way through the gas block, is this right? here is a pic

yes. the gas tube should be plugged on the end.

yeap. it's normal. if you look at the end of your gas tube(the end that goes into gasblock) you'll see that it's pluged

Yeah, it's normal. (the gas block that is)
