I have owned a Springfield Armory M1A Standard with synthetic stock for a few years now, and I always wanted to get a wood stock for it. Well last week I decided it was time to get that wood stock, today it arrived. It is a Fulton Armory Walnut Medium Weight stock and fiberglass hand guard. Here are some pictures of it I took today.

My only response is that you need to quit bitching about being a full-time college student, with a part-time job.
Nice rifle.

Something totally awesome about rubbing linseed oil into walnut. Congrats on a hell of a nice rifle.

I've started looking for a wood stock for my SOCOM II.
What made you go with Fulton?

You need a front ferrule for it. Looks like you're missing the stock liner as well?

If you don't get those you might as well forget about shooting it..

Thank you for catching my mistakes. I knew I was missing the front ferrel and had to order it separately. The stock liner I forgot about, again thanks for catching my rookie mistakes.

Fulton was having a sale on the stock, so I figured I would get it.

I'll check my parts bin. I might have a butplate and maybe even a liner
