View Full Version : LRA Bipod
Any experience with these? Currently have an atlas but planning another build and was going to get another atlas when I stumbled on this one.

Haven't shot one but have played with one . They're built stout and are heavy . There is some merit to having the legs above the centerline of the bore , the rifle hangs and is more stable than setting on top of the legs . They are expensive but I want to try one , or one of the similar constructed ones on my 338 .

Guys, I have one of these bad boys and am thinking of selling it (LRA Light Tactical) - it is a little heavy for my AR 15. It is in near perfect condition, you just need a picatinny rail on your gun to mount it. Send me a PM if interested.

It won't win any bipod beauty contests, but the wide base looks promising. Buy one so I can try it.
Ha thanks for the support Tim . Wonder what the difference is weight is from the normal one and the "light" one
Didn't realize when I posted the pics the top one is the light version and the other two arnt.

You can use my LRA at the June MRM in Raton. I've got a different support system for my TRG-42 that I'll be trying out. -Sam
Thanks Sam , like last year though the 338 is on hold till after the WTRC in July .
