View Full Version : Those of you that would pay for Bronco's season tickets, a question.

Would you pay an additional $300 per year to change your view of the game in this small amount from the view on the left to the view on the right. Seems a hard thing to justify.

Seems like a better view to me. Not sure if it is worth the extra money but I wouldn't be able to justify season tickets at all, let alone adding to them.

I can not hardly justify it myself, but I pay for them every year and sell over half the season to relatives and friends just to maintain the seat license. I think the wait to get season tickets is over a decade right now.
So in all actuality I wont see the great majority of the cost increase if I only go to 3 or 4 games and sell the rest. (I can always get rid of them throughout the season. (That is until Manning is done).
I'd make the move then. Not much for better seats for only a few games.

If it were me, I'd make the move. I've sat in both areas and the new ones are an upgrade.
But I usually get tix for free, so I don't get to choose. :D
I know a guy that moved seats due to sun exposure and easy access to exit after the game. You'll get more sun in the new seats which can be very nice at some games. $300 over 8 games isn't much.
I can think of better things to waste money on than Broncos tickets..

So can I. I maintain the season ticket license because it currently takes in the neighborhood of 10 years to get off the waiting list for season tickets. I end up going to 2 to 4 games a year and sell the remainder to friends or family. In the end I recoup the great majority of the cost involved.

The end zone upper level is costing me $1000 a year for 2 seats. The Corner end zone would be $1300 a year for the pair.
Video view from the end zone seats. Ive long ago given up figuring out how to embed video on this website.

Nevermind just found it on their site, you're looking at moving from $500 a seat tickets to $650 a seat tickets. I actually figured they'd be more than that.

You mean you don't want Monky telling you what to do with your money?

I'm not a big football fan, or a fan of being smooshed into the person next to me. The video makes the whole experience look uncomfortable and annoying. But that's just my feelings. Prob epic for a sports nut.

I don't think I told anyone what to do with their money.. but thanks for playing. Would you like to try and be clever again? I'll wait for it..
One thing that I didn't see brought up that may deserve some consideration:
Do you like your current "neighbors" and do you have any idea who your new "neighbors" will be/how they behave?
Might be worth considering.

Who actually gives a shit what you think? Serious question.
Back on track... $37+/- per game isn't a ton. As mentioned - neighbors and sun are really all you have to consider. I think the new angle is better.

You'll be waiting awhile, but go right ahead....

Wow who would have thought I could start an argument over such a mundane topic.

This is the internet, anything is possible.
If the new neighbors are good and you can cover the cost by selling the games you don't use, go for it.

While fun to actually be there, yes... At home I pay less for food and beer (parking too), don't have to wait in line for the restroom, and if I miss something I can rewind and see it all over. Then again, I also used to work at the games doing security, I prefer not to deal with the obnoxious drunks when I want to enjoy the game.

To each his own. I prefer to watch the game on tv for the same reasons as Ronin. Crowds just aren't my thing.
Plus, you could save the $1000+ for a new rifle every single year.
Seems like a small amount of money to enhance your experience each game.
From my experience, the end zone seats offer better views of holes opening up and pass rushes. The corner view obscures these things and makes the game harder to follow. Side or end is my preference, not a fan of the corners.

I have seats in 325. Familiar with that perspective. The view of the overall field is a lot better in the 527 section. Better view of the red zone and end zone. Plus more sun in the cold winter games. Hotter there in the early games though. The extra would probably be worth it if you were attending all the games.
Otherwise, just don't sell your seats to Steelers fans no matter how much money. A true blue Bronco fan will probably pay as much and be more grateful to see a great game.
