I'm buying a rifle from a gnetleman from another state. I need a FFL in Fort Collins that will accept transfer from an out of state individuals. I've called USA Liberty, RMSS, and neither of them will do it, the person from RMSS even said it is illegal. I've heard that there are home based FFLs in town, I just don't know who they are.

Can someone refer me to one of them?

If you Facebook, you should join the Colorado gun trader group, there are quite a few home based FFL'S on there that would probably be more than happy to take your business.
