Jade Helm training opperation

It seems the military special forces are doing a 8 week long training exercise in several states. Utah and Texas are "hostile" states. The conspiracy theorists are having a field day with it. Heard about it from a "buddy who heard in on the radio" Haven't found a lot on it other than the usual we are all going to die type stuff. What do you guys think?
