Flipping thru with the remote I happened onto this channel. It is GOV, government access programing. Says it is testing, still under construction.
is this going to be to educate the sheeple on how to get everything free from the gov?

Are you new to Cable TV? Public Access has been around since the beginning. Your head is gonna split when you get past channel 99. The channels go all the way up to 1 million now.

Channel 8 on regular / no cable or channel 26 on basic was the norm for .city gov.
