I have a Saturday free this weekend for the first time in awhile. I was thinking of going and shooting an IDPA match at Dumont. I shot those IDPA matches regularly for a couple years before the schedule stopped working with it. I noticed that the Colorado Rifle Club has USPSA matches the same weekend, May 9. I didn't see a lot of info on here about the matches like some of the others, but I thought it might be a decent start towards 3 gun competition.
What are the start times, number of stages, round counts? I'm not sure if I should do the IDPA match that I'm familiar with or try something new.

ecouspsa.com holds the section's USPSA schedules and also contact information for every club out there. Unfortunately, for last-minute information and weather cancellations, you might want to be on the ecouspsa Google group. From the MD:
"All, I don’t think it is a surprise to anyone but given the amount of rain we have received this weekends match is Canceled. We will instead hold our yearly Super Classifier in June."
There are a great many other USPSA matches all around the Front Range, depending on what's close to you. Most have 4 to 6 stages, and you probably want to bring 200 rounds in case of reshoots. An absolute max is generally 192 rounds (if there are 6 giant 32 round courses, which doesn't happen), but 150 is normal.
