Country Music Star Gets Massive Pro-Gun Tattoo
Brantley Gilbert dedicates his entire back to the 2nd Amendment
May 6, 2015 1:35 pm
Country music star Brantley Gilbert showed off his new pro-gun ink on his Instagram yesterday. “I wanted to take my support of the 2nd amendment to another level, so my boy Carl Grace came by the house and hooked me up yesterday!!!” he said of the tattoo in his post.As The Blaze’s Jason Howerton pointed out, the tattoo is truly “massive.” It features a pair of Kimber-branded 1911 pistols and the full text of the Second Amendment to the Constitution. Oddly absent from the tattoo is the word “second,” even though it does include the word “amendment.”
The picture has racked up more than 20,000 likes in the last 24 hours.

I'm not much on tattoos myself, not knocking them either.
But that's cool, and if I ever get Kazoo to do one for me, it will definitely be something pro gun related. Probably the logo of this site....lol.

Out of his house ;( That's a real clean, non-pourous surface work area for sure. Hey honey get the cat off the table, he's about to start coloring this in and she's shedding all over the place.
Kazoo still slings ink? Thought you was all retired and shit?
And JMHO, but omitting "2nd" is a serious fuckup in my view. I mean, come on - "Amendment"? WTF.
But, I guess if you're a rich country star.....

Maybe his new tat isn't finished. That is a whole lot of ink to endure in a session or two. [Flower]

When I looked at it I read it as "Amendment II", with the two guns being substituted for "II".

That's how I saw it. The 1911 slides are the Roman numeral II.

No Ragrats! :D
Good point about the pistols representing the "2". Never would have seen it that way.

Looks all pop country gangsta.

It's kind of funny to see the recent news of musicians taking stances on the 2nd. Modern country, which most would assume is very pro-2A has been showing it's true colors here lately. Rock, which has usually been associated with counter-culture and more left leaning ideas has had some bands take a pretty pro-2A stance. All That Remains and Five Finger Death Punch are both pretty popular as of late and have been pretty vocal here lately. Broad brush strokes I know but interesting none the less.

*shakes head*
Forward cocking serrations on a 1911? How gauche.
:p
Lol, the guy is a public figure and does something to try and support our rights but everyone has to down him.
i say good for him and thank you!

Come now ... my chiding was clearly meant in the most fraternal and jovial manner possible (in simpler terms I was laughing with, not at him).
Probably the best tramp stamp I've seen. ;)
Totally not my style, but I appreciate his support all the same.
