Crazy. I can see if you had committed some horrible atrocity and didn't want to stand trial for it. But bank robbery? I'd give myself up. Hell, you might get off with restitution and probation.

One less loser for my wife to have to worry about at work. Seems these days if you work in the banking industry, it's not if but when.

The good old "Essex Hotel".
Not the first scumbag to off himself there.
The place was a dump when I was in high school a gazillion years ago.

Always figured that was the case, driven by many times, but know nothing about the place.

Hahaha, yeah instead of a "smoking" or "non-smoking" it's "meth" or "no meth" rooms. I can't even begin to count the number of times it's been a crime scene. A good friend that spent his career with LPD (the late Lt. Bill Black) had some great stories to tell about that place.
I hope the wounded SA has a complete and speedy recovery.

I got escorted out of the area by police. Got stuck in the roadblock on my way home. Was wondering what was going on.

Hourly rates available.
Why do we nickname bank robbers? Anyone?
What a stupid fucking thing to do.

I count myself fortunate to have known Bill. A cop's cop if ever there was one.
It was generally considered probable cause to believe someone had committed a felony if they were on the grounds of the Essex House Motel.
