Looking at a medical skills lab sometime in June. Maybe a Friday Afternoon/Evening and all day on Saturday. This would really not be any teaching but an opportunity to come and practice your skills, under guidance of a few medics. Depending on interest I would probably bring in one or two extra medics to help. Come in and practice at your own pace on the the following skills:

Patient Assessment
CPR/AED
Tourniquet
Wound Packing (With the task trainer)
NPA Placement
Splinting
Vital Signs
Medication Review
Patient Movement (Drags, Carries, etc.)
TCCC Updates
Any Other Ideas?

There would be a cost, not more than $20, I do need to purchase supplies to use (The wound packing gauze is pricy). This would be at Bristlecone so bring your gun and get some shooting in before or after the skills.

Reply to the thread if this would interest you.

I'm often free on Fridays. Hit me up if I can help out.

I am interested, sounds like a good class. I could probably take off work early.

AS much as we'd like to attend having taken a few classes from Chris, the spouse works nights so we'll pass.

Perhaps IF you have a good turn out a Northern CO one might happen, down the road. We'd be happy to sponsor / provide the room needed.

Got a lot of training supplies in for people to practice with. Got quite a bit of gauze for the wound packing task trainer. Come on out for some updated hands on practice. Bring your gun and get some trigger time in as well.
