That's an interesting way too go. I didn't read the article but did the victim/executionee have a choice in the matter? Do they have that 1000 ways to die TV show or something?

The report didn't say how it functioned.. For all we know it might have been a zsu 23 being dropped off the crane on this guys head. :D
