Have the case reviewed for procedural errors by an appeals judge to ensure due process, then shoot the fucker as soon as the review comes back as good. No mandatory appeal, no bullshit, no lethal injection. Death by acute lead overdose. Bury the remains in an unmarked grave, so that not even his family knows where it is.

He was tried and convicted and sentenced in federal court. It only took 6 years or so to execute McVeigh. I'm cautiously optimistic this evil bastard's time among us may be numbered to between 6 and 10 years.

McVeigh dropped all of his appeals and requested a quick execution because he said he would rather die than live the rest of his life in prison. At six years, his execution happened at lightening speed, and only because McVeigh wanted it that way.

Ten years is considered normal in states that execute. Even states that have the death penalty on the books rarely actually carry out the sentence.

IF this convicted terrorist is executed, I will assume it is because he goes the same route as McVeigh. If he fights and takes every appeal available, I will probably die before he does.

I would like to find out whatever he really wants and then give him the opposite. Yes, pork BBQ would be on his menu several times each week in my world, along with larger than life crime scene photographs of his victims covering every surface of his cell. Which by the way will be right here in Colorado.
