If anyone learns anything from youtube, it's "Do Not Fuck With Brazilian Cops". I've seen more videos of Brazilian cops shooting stupid people than I can count. I guess they don't have to fill out the same kind of paperwork that our cops do.

Lot of other countries don't have police brutality laws either. I was in Italy picking up some helo parts from Aviano while I was deployed to Bosnia and while we were out in town at a cafe we saw the Carabinieri pull up in two cars next to a guy walking on the street who apparently turned out to be someone they wanted to arrest. He got about three steps away before all four of them pulled out there clubs and beat him down for a solid 45 seconds including a few measured head shots. They cuffed him and tossed him in the back of one of their cars and then sped off with their lights on.

Amazing how is arrogant mindset barely let him fire a shot at the floor while running off.

Look like at :15-:16 you can see something come out the other side of him. Hard to tell though.

Can't tell but it did look like bad guy one pointed the gun at the guy and try to pull the trigger, not sure if it misfired.
